In addition to the experienced patent attorneys listed below, we value and maintain Of-Counsel relationships with other practitioners having a wide variety of technical backgrounds. This provides us with the flexibility to prepare and prosecute patent applications relating to increasingly diverse technical fields. This also facilitates a quick turnaround time of bulk work requests, when necessary. The ability to efficiently leverage our Of-Counsel relationships enables us to quickly accommodate large volumes of work in a reasonable amount of time.


B.S. ChE., Wayne State University; J.D., University of Detroit Mercy School of Law; admitted to Michigan bar, 1996; registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. While in law school Larry interned with the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen of the United States Eastern District Court.

Larry served in various engineering capacities at companies such as Nalco Chemical Co., Betz Metchem, Ford/Mazda, and General Motors. Larry also has extensive experience as an avionics specialist while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Prior to founding the firm of L.C. Begin & Associates, Larry worked for two A-V rated law firms, Lyon P.C. and Dinnin & Dunn, P.C. While at Lyon P.C., Larry served as president prior to joining Dinnin & Dunn, P.C.


B.S.M.E., with a minor in computer science, Illinois Institute of Technology; J.D., Chicago-Kent College of Law;

Admitted to Illinois bar, 1994; admitted to Michigan bar, 2006; registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Keith has extensive practical experience in electro-mechanical product design and software development, having served as an engineer at companies such as Molex, Inc. and Eaton Corp. Keith is listed as an inventor on 8 U.S. patents. Prior to joining L.C. Begin & Associates, Keith was an attorney with the law firms of Ladas and Parry and Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon in Chicago, IL.
